White Widow

HYBRID

White Widow is Amsterdam royalty. Created by Green House Seeds in the early '90s and winner of the 1995 High Times Cannabis Cup, it became THE strain of European coffee shop culture. Every tourist who visited Amsterdam between 1995 and 2010 probably smoked White Widow. The name comes from the absurd trichome production — the buds look white, like they've been dipped in sugar. It's one of the most genetically stable and widely grown strains in world history.

White Widow is a two-phase strain. First comes a burst of cerebral energy and euphoria — you feel alert, creative, and conversational. Then, after 30-45 minutes, the indica side settles in with a comfortable body relaxation. The transition is smooth, not jarring. It's one of the most balanced highs in cannabis. The experience that defined Amsterdam coffee shop culture for decades.
